This is where people go wrong when in a calorie deficit meaning burn more calories than you consume aka weight loss!

This fast food burger for example, 3011 calories in this one burger!! That’s all your meals and more in a day!! Always check what you’re ordering when eating out and try aim for the leanest meats or choose to do your own!

If you where to make your own burger this would only be around 500 calories with leaner meats plus you know what you put into your meal!
