What trainers should I wear to the gym?

When training we should wear trainers that have:

☑️ minimal cushioning
☑️ good support to prevent injuries
☑️ comfortable

Trainers like Metcon’s, vans, new balance are all good options to help support you when doing squats and deadlifts. Running trainers are ok but have a lot of cushioning so maybe keep these for the treadmill, bike etc

Do not wear sliders or crocs.. big NO 😂 it has been seen in gyms!

The simple answer is YES‼️ unless you have an amazing memory or have a photogenic memory maybe not 😂
